Just to quote the Treasurer General of the ANC comrade Matthews Phosa verbatim
during the ANC's centenary celebrations in Limpopo last weekend, the following
is what he had to say "Chairperson Cassel Mathele in your other capacity as
Premier of the province, some of your powers have been stolen" in clear
reference to the intervention by national cabinet to place some of the
government departments in Limpopo under administration, so what he implied in
my understanding was that, national cabinet as led by President Zuma consists
of thieves who stole powers of premier Mathele. So for me these utterances by
Matthews Phosa a irresponsible & factional therefore they warrant some form of
discipline, for instance he must b forced to retract these statements &
apologize publicly for making them or he must b impeached.
