Comrades it looks like we need more political education serious, the Cabinet, including the President gets their mandate from the NEC and communicated by the officials and cabinet report to the official of the ANC and the official reports to the NEC. Cabinet cannot take decisions of that nature without getting a go ahead from the officials and Cde Phosa is part of the officials of the ANC and he cannot have contrary view on what the officials have agreed upon and that therefore means he is an opportunist and ill discipline, simple. The officials of the ANC decides to charge Cde Malema and in return Cde Phosa go and defend the same Cde that he himself as part of the officials have agreed to charge and that is opportunistic
