Cdes there are no guidlines for establishing a PYA. Infact the PYA is a non paper alliance between progressive youth formation within the broader MDM. These youth organisations for example like Ancyl,Yclsa,Sasco and other progressive org can formulate a PYA. It is not an organisation but should be seen as a platform for youth organisations to engage each other on how to programatically to advance the cause of youth struggles
