It means that capitalist black or white, Indian or colored can steal, plunder, exploit, pollute etc and when they want to feel more good about themselves throw money to the poor as if they are feeding chickens or bones to dogs. And such people must be praised for their demonstration of what humanity is about when their very operations are engineering inhuman conditions that breeds more inhuman conditions and people. Accumulation of profits for the sake accumulation is unjust and it breeds injustices, it is a source of most injustices we are faced with.
