*SACP Convenes the 3rd Plenary Session of the 13th Congress Central Committee*
The Central Committee of the SACP will hold its 3rd Plenary Session this coming weekend in Johannesburg.
The meeting will as a norm receive and discuss the Political Report to be tabled by the General Secretary on Friday 1st March 2013. On Saturday the CC will discuss the role of the SACP in strengthening the working class movement as a whole, receive and discuss a presentation on economic challenges facing the country. On Sunday the CC will discuss the state of the SACP and the implementation of the 2013 POA.
