I am also sceptical about the timing of the awards. In 2008 they
awarded Hellen Zille, that was a year or months prior to the 2009
national elections. This year they awarded Patricia de Lile, this also
came a year prior to 2014 national elections. Is this UK Foundation
campaigning for DA ? Why are they awarding this people only towards
the elections campaigns.
