SADTU Celebrating Women's Day in Botshabelo

 

Sport and Lecture on the Programme

 

 

The South African Democratic Teachers' Union in Free State Province will
celebrate the 2014 Women's Day through sports activities to be held on the
9th of August in Botshabelo. 

 

Members from the six regions in the Province will converge in Botshabelo at
Lenyora La Thuto Secondary School from 10h00 and will participate in male
soccer, netball and volleyball.

 

The programme will commence with a lecture on the role that women have
played in the struggle to topple the apartheid regime, and how far we have
progressed as province and a country at large in women development post
1994.

 

The lecture will be conducted by 2nd Deputy President of COSATU, Comrade
Zingiswa Losi.
