YOUNG COMMUNIST LEAGUE OF SOUTH AFRICA [UFASIMBA]
yclsa_logo YCLSA in Mpumalanga is disappointed at slow pace of Mass Democratic Movement response in saving lives of CPS leaders against deportation to barbaric Swaziland 08 August 2014 The YCLSA in Mpumalanga has noted with deep sadness the eminent deportation of Communist Party of Swaziland leaders to the tyrannical and despotic barbarity of Mswati’s misrule. We have noted with massive disappointment the pace and effort made by the entire Mass Democratic Movement structures in general and the leader of the Alliance (ANC) in particular on the matter. The leadership of CPS, which includes its General Secretary, National Deputy Chairperson and Head of Campaigns, and International Organizer, will be handed over to king Mswati next Wednesday (13 August 2014) on a silver platter, as a result of the department of Home Affairs failure to renew their refugee asylum permits. These leaders (political exiles) have shown commitment to the democratization of Swaziland and its entire institutions and their only crime is to love socialism and freedom of the entire Swazi populace as opposed to Mswati and his cronies. The YCLSA has noted with disgust a number of comrades that varnished, were maimed, got killed, disappeared, exiled, all orchestrated by the Swazi administration, the very same devils the Home Affairs want to surrender these revolutionaries to. We have no doubt as the YCLSA that one day our grandchildren will ask, what South Africans did, to save the lives of the CPS leaders. The MDM and ANC-led government shall be liable for the death of these cdes. We note that we cannot continue to claim solidarity with the peoples of Palestine and the rest of the world so distant yet we do absolutely nothing to save the lives of our progressive forces that are just a stone throw away. We would be hypocritical and history shall judges us all harshly for the eminent death of our beloved freedom fighters. As YCLSA in Mpumalanga we have no doubt that only death of these comrades is an obsession to the king and his tinkundla system. The blood of these comrades shall be in our hands. History surely won’t permit blank pages. The South African government shall have colluded with the Swazi Boko-Haram like killers that persecute activists with impunity. We call on our Mass democratic Movement structures, and the RSA government to grant asylum to CPS leaders without fail consistent with our principles of progressive internationalism.
