ANC Today, Volume 14, Number 21, 12 September 2014 ANC Youth League 70th Anniversary ANC Today: Gigaba, Masina, Ndima This week marked the 70th anniversary of the ANC Youth League since its formation on the 10th of September 1944. It is because of this reason that the ANC has dedicated the month of September to the youth and their struggles within the context of the broader South African struggle. Members of the media are advised that a Special Edition of the ANC's online voice, ANC Today, has been issued. It is the first in a series of series on 70 years of selfless youth struggles and will feature past and present leaders of the ANC Youth League as well as general members of the organisation reflecting on the past 7 decades, the current conjecture and the envisioned future.
