In their first request for assistance they were locked up in the hospital with the mentally disturbed as part of "rehabilitation" and this did not assist. I therefore request that you provide me with rehabilitation any rehabilitation centre where they can stay until the programme ends. Last time some comrades gave me centres where one needs has to pay thousands of rands and it was difficult for the people I was assisting at that time. I request free centres.
