12 December 2014 Day 3 of the YCLSA 4th National Congress ANC and COSATU to address Congress Today is day 3 of the 4th National Congress of the Young Communist League of South Africa [uFasimba] at the University of the Western Cape, Bellville Campus, Cape Town. The plenary session of the Congress will receive speeches as follows today: . COSATU President Sdumo Dlamini will address Congress at 10am . ANC President Jacob Zuma will address Congress at 11am A lunch time press conference will be convened to communicate the progress of Congress to the members of the media.
