Applications for this scheme will open in May, 2015. PEG http://www.editors.org.za/ PEG is the Professional Editors' Group It is an association of "copy editors". These are people who re-write text for other people, whether to make it more grammatically correct, or more readable, or shorter. They include newspaper sub-editors, book editors, and people who help PhD students to prepare their theses. PEG will be putting on an educational event on 28 Mar 2015 at 09h00 at EES-Siyakha Conference Centre, Sherborne Square, 5 Sherborne Road, Parktown. Non-members pay R210. The topic will be "Copyright and Permissions". It provides a place for people to make themselves available for work, find work, and maintain some sort of common standard in co-operation with others of their kind.
