YCLSA.png YCLSA Press Alert, 9 February 2016 YCLSA Northern Cape Joe Slovo right to learn campaign activities The National Secretary of the Young Communist League of South Africa [uFasimba], Cde Mluleki Dlelanga, will attend and address the following activities in the Northern Cape: Joe Slovo Memorial Lecture The aim of the memorial lecture is to teach young people about the life and the contribution of Cde Joe Slovo to the emancipation of South Africa from the apartheid regime. Venue: Gasegonyana Municipal Town, Kuruman Handing over of school shoes and sanitary towels The YCLSA has since its reestablishment in 2003 been calling for the distribution of sanitary towels to underprivileged young woman. As part of that campaign we will be donating more than 5000 sanitary towels to underprivileged school girls in the town of Kuruman.
