ACN2.png 40th anniversary of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic Raul Sends Message of Congratulations to President Mohamed Abdelaziz ACN, Havana, Cuba, 29 February 2016 On the occasion of the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), Sahrawi President Mohamed Abdelaziz received a message of congratulations sent by the President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Raul Castro, the Cuban Foreign Ministry's portal reported. The text, handed over by Cuba's Ambassador Raul Barzaga, ratifies the willingness to further strengthen the fraternal bonds of solidarity and cooperation existing between the two peoples and governments. On the occasion of the important commemoration, the Cuban Ambassador also handed over a message of congratulations addressed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodriguez.
