POPCRU2.png POPCRU Media Alert, 17 August 2016 Launch of Zizamele Cebekhulu College In line with our long-held idea of training our members in policing and security expertise that would give them capacity to deal with social transformation that the South African society is experiencing, the Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (POPCRU) will be, launching the Zizamele Cebekhulu College tomorrow, 18 August 2016. This College is in partnership with the University of Free State, the University of Zululand, the Sam Houston State University, the Jackson State University, the Mississippi College School of Law and the Mississippi Valley State University. It will undertake on a curriculum focusing on Forensic Science, Police Science, Corrections Studies, Traffic Management and Public Administration in the main, all ranging from Higher Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelors qualifications. The launch is to take place at the main campus in Virginia, Free State, with learning centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and East London. The official launch will take place as follows: .
