President Zuma to Open Higher Education Multi-Stakeholder Imbizo
President Jacob Zuma will on Monday, 3 October 2016, officially open the
Higher Education Multi-Stakeholder Imbizo convened to seek solutions to the
situation in higher education institutions in the country.
The Imbizo, to be attended by various sectoral leaders, is to be convened by
the Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Bonginkosi "Blade"
Nzimande, to seek the wisdom of all sectors including parents, students,
business and labour, to seek solutions, given that education is a societal
issue.
The details of the Forum are as follows:
. Date: 3 October 2016 (Monday)
. Time: 09h00
. Venue: Emperors Palace Hotel, Kempton Park
