The US has allegedly pumped some $1 billion into train-and-equip efforts with questionable outcomes. Authorised by President Barack Obama, the secret weapons supply and training programme has been Washington's main tactic to topple the Syrian President Bashar Assad. The Reuters report notes that the US will continue to support select Syrian rebel groups [terrorists] with airstrikes and guidance as part of a "separate" effort. - https://www.rt.com/news/396872-trump-cia-arming-syria/ On Crapified News And Foreign Policy Significant parts of the Trump administration, Congress and the general Zionist borg would love to start a war between the U.S. and Iran. A war is unlikely. Iran's geography and strategic position is unassailable. Its global political standing has increased during the last decades. Any war with Iran would be extremely costly yet unwinnable. But with U.S. pressure again increasing on Iran it is important to learn and understand what happens inside of country. Unfortunately most Western reporting about politics in Iran is a mess. - http://www.moonofalabama.org/2017/07/on-crapified-news-and-foreign-policy.ht ml Most CU topical postings are now made to Whatsapp via the Whatsapp-style link with a caption.
