The congress declared that it will strengthen alliance both administratively, politically and organizational. That the alliance should have shared programs both at the district level, sub-regional and branch level. The Congress reaffirms that the alliance relations have improved in the district and we should work tirelessly to improve relations at sub-regional and branch level, both the Party and alliance partners should work hard to foster these relations at a branch level. The congress gave its unwavering support to the leadership of the alliance African National Congress in our district for winning back the Mogale City Local Municipality, back in the hands of the people of West Rand. That we need to strengthen our government institutions with people who have the capacity and reclaim our role. We need to unite the alliance, a communist party must be rooted to the masses and it must represent the aspiration and the demand of the people and the ANC must follow the trends of leadership. The party needs to deepen and strengthen itself, where there are no VDs the Alliance should intervene and strengthen VDs advance the agenda of the alliance. Congress notes that congress coincides with the National Membership launch of SACP. SACP Dr. Yusuf Dadoo District declares that they will use the membership month to services VDs and build the strong membership base of the Party in this district. The African National Congress Leadership positions SACP Dr. Yusuf Dadoo District reaffirms the importance of the Alliance as equal partners led by the ANC. The congress wants to remind all components in the alliance that they are equal and they should treat one another in a respectable manner. The congress declared that the alliance partnership should be based on active programs supported by all Alliance Partners. State and popular Power The Congress reaffirmed the Party 14th National Congress resolution, that Party will certainly contest the election. The congress has resolved to implement a program that will realize the resolution of the Party as we move towards the Special National Congress next year 2018. Party and the workers The party in Dr. Yusuf Dadoo District want to give its unwavering support to the families of the Miners ( Kusasalethu mine) who perish on the call of duty and we like to thanks our government of Merafong City, in particular, the Mayor, Chief, and Speaker the support which they gave to the desist and their families. 6th SACP Dr. Yusuf Dadoo Congress calls on the Alliance partners to unite, The relationship at all levels has improved, more need to be done and of course members of the party must equally be members of the ANC, COSATU, and SANCO, we need to be members of these organisations to safeguard the interest of working class and the poor. The long standing decision of the Party to have Party discussion forums, to all party leaders who are deployed in the state and outside the state to have the discussion on how we can advance our revolution. Discipline The party condemns factions and anarcho- syndicalist who masquerade as revolutionaries in our district, while they know that they are parasitic tenderpreneurs who sells revolution to the highest bidder. SACP nationally has not taken a position who it supports and comrades for wearing the t-shirt which is divisive and which provoke disunity within the party congress is unacceptable and tantamount to anarchy. Congress suspend the comrades who displayed this irresponsible attitude with immadate effect.
