ANC Media Alert, 21 September 2017 Special Meeting of the NEC The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the African National Congress (ANC) will meet in a Special meeting tomorrow, 22nd September 2017 at the St. Georges Hotel, Irene, Gauteng. This Special NEC meeting is called to deliberate on the road map to the 54th National Conference of the ANC to be held on the 16th to the 20th December 2017, as well as the outcomes of the court case brought against the ANC and members of the ANC Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) in KwaZulu-Natal province. Members of the media are invited to a briefing on the outcomes of the Special NEC meeting which is expected to be held as follows: * Date: Friday 22nd September 2017 * Time: 14h00 * Venue: St Georges Hotel, Irene, Gauteng The media is further advised that any delay in the conclusion of the meeting will result in a delay in the commencement of the post-NEC briefing and as such requested to kindly exercise patience in this regard. Media cards will be required to gain entry into St. George's Hotel.
