I am not sure if my understanding is right. I think the idea of tag bundle
is to let you never change old tag names. Say you had tagname1 first, then
you use tagname2 at a later time for the same concept. You don't have to
change tagname1 to tagname2 to reflect the same idea. You just add them into
one tag bundle.

No, tag bundles are a visual grouping so that you do not have to assign hierarchical names.

I starting to use the great new delicious interface (2005/06/06). I
noticed that the cloud list uses tag bundles, and the non-tag bundle
grouping at the end do not include all the tags, as the previous
interface did. I started creating new tag bundles and renaming my
tags, but the tag bundles did not update with thenew tag name. So I
have some tag bundles that have a non-updated tag name. Is this a
problem or a missing feature? Or did the tag bundling never do that?

Okay, here's an example. I have a tag called TelePhone and I associate
it with the Communication tag bundle. Then I rename TelePhone to
telephone-old. The problem is that the Communication tag bundle still
has TelePhone and telephone-old is relegated to non-tag bundle
grouping.

This seems reasonable. I'll add it to the todo list.
