What's needed before my sysadmins will adopt delicious or connotea like services (bearing in mind we can;t encourage to students to use these services unless the institution hosts them...)
These are likely to feed in to an internal debate at my institution arging for the adoption of social bookmarking, so all comments would be apprecieated.

This is all very 'possible' and 'potential' at the moment, but if my institution goes for this, they may go for it in a big way....
