The 'hidden' bookmarks seem to be unaffected. Those who _were_ affected were fixed from before because I edited them manually, and they show up when browsing tags.
The irony is interesting; my attempts to sort out my bookmarked text indexing resources are in vain because of faulty text indexing in the service :)
