Hello Chris,
I might be interested in doing some writing for this. I'm the author
of Foxylicious, a Firefox extension that merges your del.icio.us
bookmarks into your browser bookmarks.
I'd like to write about this kind of integration, and also about
integrating del.icio.us with the new bookmarks/history system coming
in Firefox 2: Places.
Another book idea: While this seems like it might be a useful book for
del.icio.us developers, it seems a pretty narrow focus. With the
plethora of online services available these days, and the growing
trend of integrating them into desktop applications, I'd like to see a
book with a broader scope, that addresses programming tools, platforms
and patterns for bridging the desktop and the Web.
Thanks,
Dietrich
