I have done some more work on Target Your News. The service now
unifies the following: social news, social networks, mailing lists,
newsgroups, wikis, web surfing, advertising, and personalization.
Perhaps some of these ideas could be incorporated into delicious. It
seems that "targeting URLs" can complement tags for link organization
and personalization.
