notes...I constantly use it as my note pad/outliner.
I keep 3 notebooks, one for collecting links and thoughts about upcoming
blog posts, one to keep notes on things to fix on my blog template, and
another for stuff to read related to my blog posts.

Notebook isn't really comparable to del.icio.us. I see it as a way to take
quick notes and references from a page, rather than bookmark a page.
Google has a bookmark tool that uses labels (same or similar to tags), which
I haven't actually seen anyone talk about. You can find it when you try to
view your search history, it's on the left.
