I have noticed a bug in del.icio.us' networking that has started since
some of the new networking features got put in a couple of months ago.
If your username has a capital letter, you basically will not get
stuff that was sent to you if the person sending it uses the for: tags
that are built in to the posting--they don't have any capitalization.
This holds likewise true if the person sending you the link types in
your username without proper capitalization.
Generally, such items either never appear in the inbox, or if they do
it is days later, and then they tend to disappear within a few days.
I know I have missed a ton of stuff that friends have sent me,
especially since the built in networking tags won't work. I'm not
sure how to get the word out on this to people I don't know in my
network. Anyone else noticed this little issue?
Thanks, MLR
