Interesting. I'd tried normalizing against the whole (but there are
always more people coming to the system; this biases downwards)
I'll try to whip something up. Right now I'd have to run the analysis
offline... However, I recall things are very, very noisy. Perhaps weekly
aggregation would help here.

Can you do e.g. perl = 1, php, python, etc. relative to perl's
count?
Are there raw tag count totals available anywhere? (e.g.
http://del.icio.us/tag/perl <http://del.icio.us/tag/perl>
doesn't display total hits.)
