Hi- Is something going on with the URL histories? They don't seem to be working at the moment (falsely low or missing counts).
For example: http://del.icio.us/url/e57ab53f44039f127d0e33dbfa5c566c is for a resource that yesterday had over 100 people linking to it; today, it showed up as only having 70 people linking to it, and then, when you follow that link, there are NO people listed.
