If you are using a bookmark or toolbar button on the top where you can
right click and see the properties, if you remove "noui=yes;" from the
script, it will show all your tags, but will also show a few other
things as well, making the pop-up window bigger than normal.  You will
also have to adjust the window length in the same script to see all
your information at the bottom.  It's an imperfect workaround, but Del
apparently thinks that everyone uses 5 billion tags instead of 25, so
it would be "bloat" to list all of them.  If you're like me and just
use a few, it's a necessary thing.

My main recommendation would be to dump Internet Explorer and move to
Firefox.  They have a delicious extension that gives you the pop-up
posting box that has all the features of the official one, plus lists
all your tags for you to simply click on and it will put them in the
tag list for your current item.  Alternatively, you can also just type
the tags in and it will autocomplete.
