i'm working on something like this. there is currently a (slow) way to
see what user/tag is like your user/tag and i am working on speeding
this up.
the main problem is that urls that are very popular (cnn, slashdot, etc)
tend to tie people together much more than ones that are rare and need
to be normalized as such.
