Well, it could be either the URL page (/url/oqpweiqweopqwope#username) or something like that. Perhaps /ur/ioqweoiqewoqwoeiqwe/userid might be something interesting. We could do a similar thing on the /user/tag+tag#ioqweqoiweioqwe pages, but that could be irritating due th the necessary excess UI stuff needed to expose the links.
