Yeah, this is something I would like to do if/when we start fetching
page contents (need to fetch the page to receive the trackback URL; I
haven't looked into how pingback works.)

Might be pretty annoying if say lots of delicious users bookmark a page,
so perhaps just a single trackback to the /url page might be appropriate
in that case...
