I can access delicious from work but not from home. Internet access is from UPC Ireland:
http://www.ripe.net/fcgi-bin/whois? form_type=simple&searchtext=89.100.0.0 Ping and traceroute to del.icio.us work fine, HTTP doesn't. I can access the site through a proxy, but it is pretty much unusuable then.
