Well if you tail -f /var/log/messages you should see the device ID
that is assigned to the device as it is recognized after you plug it
in. Usually it is /dev/sd(n) where (n) is the next available scsi
disk letter.

Should do it. Unfortunately, YDL4 shows all potential and not just
active device nodes...
