i have a PCMCIA card: OvisLink Evo-W54PCM which use rt2500 chipset and it's
working on my pbG3 lombard at 54mb.i have YDL 4.0 running on it.
i tried the driver from Ralink Drv1.4.6.4 :
http://www.ralinktech.com/drivers/Linux/RT2500-Linux-STA-1.4.6.4.tar.gz but
the only result was a general freeze of my pb and a fsck at boot :/
i search a bit and i found an interesting site :

i actually use this driver

and it s working well, ... since the time i want to be wireless on my YDL
G3, pfiuuu ! :]
my access point is a linksys WRT54Gs.
