That's exactly what I was looking for, but I'm afraid that I cannot make 
use of it. My MUA is Thunderbird, and I could find nothing relevant on 
the Net (and not on the Mozilla site either). I have looked at the Apple 
Mail script, and I don't feel up to the task of writing an adaptation 
for Thunderbird. On the other hand, I don't want to leave Thunderbird 
for Mail. So I have to go on writing replies to the whole digest (like 
this message).
