haven't tried this yet in YDL 5, but have you had a look at
/etc/sysconfig/selinux? Change this line:

SELINUX=disabled

to

SELINUX=enforcing

Although, I don't know what state the other selinux packages are in
YDL 5, Owen would be the best person to answer that.
