Hi Tomasz: This is not my specialty but it seems to me that you didn't implement the advisory posted here:
http://www.terrasoftsolutions.com/support/solutions/ydl_5.0/yum.shtml In other words, what you have in one yum.conf file, should actually be in separate directories according to the posted explanation. Yum in ydl 5 was redesigned to function more efficiently.
