x windows won't load... continued

hey,  this is the XF86Config file that running Xauotoconfig produced.  
So i guess these are the values it suggests.  I've tried changed the 
vert and horiz rates, to no avail.
everytime i think i have it... it decides not to work. i did manage to 
elicit a sad, muffled beep from the monitor, but it didn't sound very 
healthy.
