Dear Sir, Why not put the administrative notices and email addresses below the subject matter which your readers are hoping to find. It would save all time.. Why not even put it in the subject field with a preface eg.. ydl topics:xxxxxxxxx, xxxx etc.. That way your users can delete the one of no interest..
