Preferably this should be generalized to supporting configurable global
default values for *all* Initializable instances. For now I'll focus on the
specific issue of configuring the intent settings.
These are currently defaulted to: Expand tabs, tabs are 2 spaces, shift
width is 2 spaces. The user should be able to customize these via their yi
config.
