A possible fix for this is to generalise the 'askIndividualSave' function by
abstracting the action which should be taken when there are no more files
to ask about.
See the attached patch which I haven't applied because I'm not sure this is
the best
way to to do this. One fault is that the ! action is still advertised even
though it
doesn't really make any sense for one file.
