* Yi.Keymap.Emacs.Utils: scrollDownB and scrollUpB should scroll the buffer
with an arg
In Emacs, giving an argument to C-v and M-v would scroll the buffer up/down
that
number of lines. However, Yi was moving the cursor up/down that number of
lines.
This patch fixes Yi to match Emacs's behavior.
