* Disable HConf.restart under Darwin
With the recent change to executeFile, HConf.restart stopped
throwing errors under Darwin and started working. However,
there are significant problems with trying to use it under Darwin.
Disable it until those problems can be fixed, so users who call
reloadEditor don't get confused.
