current blocker is a bug in Cabal: the Paths module is not found by the
haddock phase.
(regex-tdfa does not build for this reason too:
http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/regex-tdfa/1.0.0/logs/failure/ghc-6.10)
cabal-setup: can't find source for module Paths_regex_tdfa
