This problem was exposed by my changes to the file/module browser. Yi tries
to use
the current directory as the root for the file/module browser, but it looks
like the
directory from which he's running is causing problems.
I can get this error if I run Yi from ~/, but running it within the yi/
directory
works fine. I'll try to diagnose this issue in more detail now.
