* split commands out of Yi.Misc into new Yi.Command

The change moves the shell, cabal, search commands out of Yi.Misc into
a new module Yi.Command. (Maybe Yi.Commands would be a better name?)
This also avoids some potential cyclic dependencies with Yi.Misc.
