* Adding newlineAndIndentB and making C-j in Emacs bind to that.

This is roughly the same thing as C-j in GNU Emacs. In GNU Emacs,
newline-and-indent inserts a newline and indents according to the current
major
mode, while newlineAndIndentB indents to the same level as the previous line.
