No, I mean an online help system like C-h in emacs. Whenever someone wants to know more about a function, he can simply move the cursor to the function and type 'C-h f', the document for the function will pop out, with hyperlinks to the source code and documents for other relevant functions. IMHO the convenient online documentation is one of the best features for emacs.
