As a user the scheme for buffer names in yi is a little annoying. As you open various files the buffer names have a habit of changing underneath you. When that happens switching buffers becomes an adventure of tab completion and figuring out what the name of your new buffer is.
I have a couple of ideas for fixing it: * One is to make buffer completion work for any substring of the buffer. * The other is to make buffer names permanent and shorter so they don't change. (perhaps using the basename of the file and a numeric suffix for uniqueness) Does anyone else find this behaviour annoying and/or have other ideas as to how to fix it?
